Performance Management System
With our objective-driven approach to the realization of our strategies, we shape our strategic performance management systems and design this entire process on the basis of competencies and with development dialogue, and place a feedback culture at the center of our works.

At Roketsan, we implement a Job Evaluation System that takes into consideration targets, strategies and organizational structuring, and that measures the level of knowledge/skills, problem solving and responsibility required for each position. At Roketsan, shuttle services are available at the end of the business day and for employees working overtime, shuttle services to certain points are also provided. At specific times of the day, a shuttle bus service is provided for our employees to specific points in the city center and to certain universities.
